You bought something
- Your access is in the email we sent right after you paid. Check your spam folder too.
- The thank-you page link in that email keeps your access. Bookmark it.
- For a question about the content, a session or a refund, reply to that email: it goes to the creator who sold it.
- A booked call: use the "Change or cancel" link in your booking email.
- Still stuck? Write to hello@wlns.shop with the email you paid with and the creator's name.
You are a creator
- Log in at wlns.shop/account with your email. No password.
- Payments and payouts run through Stripe. Settings shows your Stripe status.
- Tell us what is missing with "Anything missing?" in Settings, or at hello@wlns.shop.
