In short. Visitors of a page get no cookies and we never store their IP address. Creators give us an email to log in. We keep statistics for 400 days. Write to hello@wlns.shop to see, fix or delete your data.
Who we are
wlns.shop lets wellness creators publish one page with their links, programs, bookings and products. Contact: hello@wlns.shop.
What we collect

Cookies
Page visitors get no cookies and no ad trackers. Logged-in creators get one cookie named wls. It keeps you logged in for 30 days and does nothing else.
How long we keep it
- Statistics, orders and bookings: 400 days, then deleted automatically.
- Login links: 15 minutes. Login sessions: 30 days.
- Your account and page: until you ask us to delete them.
Pages built from a public profile
Anyone can type an Instagram name on wlns.shop to preview a page made from that public profile. If that profile is yours and you want the page removed, write to hello@wlns.shop. We remove it within 7 days.
Services we use
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Vercel: hosting, page files and images
- Convex: database, stored in Ireland (EU)
- Resend: login emails
- Stripe: payments and creator payouts
- Google: calendar, for creators who connect it
- Apify: reads the public Instagram profile you ask us to use
- DeepSeek: writes the first draft of a page from public profile text
- ImprovMX: forwards email sent to hello@wlns.shop
Some of these services run outside the EU. They are bound by standard data protection contracts. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@wlns.shop from the email you use with us. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell creators by email before it applies.
